As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through online chat, phone calls, and other communication channels. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

πŸ’Ό Key Responsibilities:
βœ… Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, phone, and other platforms.
βœ… Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
βœ… Follow up on customer feedback and assist in resolving technical issues.
βœ… Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer details.
βœ… Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
βœ… Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

πŸ”Ž What We’re Looking For:
βœ” University degree preferred; basic English proficiency is an advantage.
βœ” Experience in online or phone customer service is a plus.
βœ” Strong verbal communication skills with a professional approach.
βœ” Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
βœ” Ability to quickly learn and adapt to customer service tools and systems.

πŸ’΅ Base Salary: PKR 40,000 per month
🎯 Performance Bonus: PKR 9,000–15,000 per month
