Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent English communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential customers through various channels.
Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

Sales Presentations:
Conduct persuasive sales presentations to showcase our products/services.
Address customer inquiries and objections effectively.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

Sales Goals:
Set and achieve sales targets and quotas.
Continuously monitor and assess performance against sales objectives.

Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the team to enhance product/service offerings.

Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare and submit reports on sales performance.

Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Results-oriented and self-motivated.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Education and Experience:
Good Communication Skills in English
Intermediate Minimum

Alpha Corp provides outsourcing services to different clients in different fields Right now we are hiring for a client who needs Appointments for cleaning companies out there in US.

Job Summary:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our business growth by conducting cold calls and scheduling appointments for our cleaning services. Your ability to establish rapport with potential clients and effectively communicate the value of our services will directly contribute to expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing our cleaning services, and engaging in a persuasive conversation to generate interest.

Value Proposition: Clearly communicate the benefits and value of our cleaning services to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for cleaning services based on the availability of both the client and our cleaning crew.

Follow-up: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads who require more time to make a decision or require additional information.

Coordination: Collaborate with the cleaning crew and management to ensure smooth scheduling and seamless communication between clients and our team.

Targets and Goals: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, cold calls, and scheduled appointments.

Professionalism: Represent yourself with professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate the benefits of our services persuasively.

Sales Aptitude: Comfortable with cold calling and a demonstrated ability to generate interest and leads.
