We are hiring remote professional who supports our businesses by managing day-to-day clerical duties, scheduling, and digital communications, we are a Canadian firm that needs 10 energetic Virtual Assistants to extend our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Calendar & Schedule Management:
• Communication & Correspondence:
• Data Entry & Record Keeping:
• Document Preparation: Create reports, format
• Basic Bookkeeping: Track invoices, manage expense reports, and follow up on pending client payments.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
• Communication: Flawless written and verbal English communication, paired with excellent phone etiquette.
• High proficiency in cloud-based software, project management tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Time Management: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, meets deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive company and client information with discretion.
• Equipment: A reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and updated hardware (computer/laptop).
Our Mandatory requirements :( Read carefully before applying)
1. Timing 6pm to 3am (PKT) night shift.
2. Must be Present on Zoom connecting with video and Audio with our team.
3. Good connectivity of the Internet with Laptop.
4. A suitable place at your Home (where no can interrupt)
5. Required Apps: Any Desk, Zoom, WhatsApp and others as needed on Laptop
6. Must be very good Flawless written and verbal English.
Good salary package between Rs.50,000 to 70,000
