PROJECT MANAGER
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the design industry, he will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Division:
PMO (Project Management Office) and Sales
No degree required, experience matters.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a Design Agency or creative environment.
Required skills:
• Language Skills: Proficient in English writing and speaking skills.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Lead and manage multiple design projects, coordinating with production and sales teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Project Management Tools: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation using tools like Clickup, Slack, and Notion etc.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Project Manager must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify issues, develop solutions, and drive project success under extreme work pressure.
• Responsibility: Should be able to take full responsibility of projects deadlines and their seamless delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing timely updates and solutions.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration and Team Player: Collaborate with designers, creative teams and sales teams to ensure project objectives are met and design standards are maintained. Able to work in a team.
• Crisis Management: Able to strategies and devise processes for dealing with sudden, significant negative events, aiming to minimize damage, protect stakeholders, and restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation as needed.
