Elon Musk is now officially Twitter's new owner.

Thursday evening, Twitter and Musk formally closed on the billionaire's offer to take the company private by paying $54.20 per share, equal to about $44 billion, sources close to the deal told Insider. Musk made a U-turn on the offer in October, after spending months trying to back out of the agreement. The same evening, Musk also ousted CEO Parag Agrawal and CFO Ned Segal, the sources said. Chief legal officer Vijaya Gadde and general counsel Sean Edgett are out, too.

The Sindh High Court has issued a bailable arrest warrant for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of K Electric.

Asif Ali and Fareed Ahmad have been punished for breaching Level 1 of the ICC Code of Conduct during the Asia Cup clash between Pakistan and Afghanistan on Wednesday, September 7.
The pair have been fined 25% of their match fees for an altercation which occurred after the fifth delivery of the 19th over.
Asif breached Article 2.6 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel, which relates to “using a gesture that is obscene, offensive or insulting during an International Match” while Fareed was found to have breached Article 2.1.12, which relates to “inappropriate physical contact with a Player, Player Support Personnel, Umpire, Match Referee or any other person (including a spectator) during an International Match.”
