We are on the cusp of another year. It always sneaks up quietly, doesn’t it? This pause between what’s been and what’s next always makes space for a different kind of reflection, not about resolutions or achievements but about how it felt to live this year.
This one felt more grounded than most. I had the chance to spend time on things that mattered, especially charity work, which brought me back to something simple and real. It reminded me how much meaning lives in the act of giving. And I was honoured with two awards—the Kashmir Golden Plate, recognising my years in the industry, and the Best Actor Jury Award. Not taking either lightly. They are a reminder of the long road, the decades of work, and the people who have stood beside me without needing applause.
There’s still a long way to go. More to learn, more to unlearn, and a lot more to give. I am not rushing into next year with a list; just carrying forward a sense of clarity and an understanding that it matters to move with intention. Still miles to go, but it doesn’t feel daunting. It feels right.
Happy 2026
