Job Title: Sales Executive (B2B)
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, develop, and expand a portfolio of B2B clients to drive sustainable business growth.
* Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations in a timely and professional manner.
* Conduct regular client visits to understand customer requirements, strengthen relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions within the CRM system.
* Actively participate in weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance discussions.
Requirements:
* 1-2years of proven experience in B2B field sales or a similar role.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.
* Solid commercial awareness, including understanding of pricing strategies and profit margins.
* Willingness and ability to conduct daily client visits.
* Salary: PKR 65,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience)
* Incentives: Performance-based commission/bonus above base salary
