HIRING: GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert & Team Lead (On-Site — Karachi)
Our AI Automation Agency is looking for someone who doesn't just "use GHL" — we need someone who masters it and leads a team doing it.
We work with global clients and well-reputed international brands.
We need someone who can own the entire GoHighLevel ecosystem, build everything from scratch, and manage a team delivering it at scale.
What you'll actually be doing:
— Building complete funnel systems end-to-end (landing pages, opt-ins, upsells, order forms, thank you pages)
— Setting up full automation workflows — lead nurture sequences, pipeline automations, appointment booking flows, follow-up campaigns
— Configuring email and SMS campaigns, drip sequences, and trigger-based workflows inside GHL
— Building and managing CRM pipelines, lead scoring, and opportunity tracking
— Setting up calendars, reputation management, review automation, and membership areas
— Integrating GHL with external tools (Zapier, n8n, webhooks, APIs, payment gateways)
— Managing and mentoring a team — reviewing their work, setting standards, and ensuring quality delivery across multiple client accounts
You're the right fit if:
— You've built 15+ complete funnel systems inside GHL from scratch
— You know GHL workflows inside out — triggers, conditions, custom values, if/else branches, all of it
— You've managed multiple client sub-accounts simultaneously
— You have leadership experience — you can train juniors, review work, and hold a team accountable
— You understand marketing strategy, not just button-clicking — you know WHY a funnel is built a certain way
— You're comfortable on client calls with international teams
You're NOT the right fit if:
— You've only used GHL for one or two basic funnels
— You can't explain the difference between a workflow trigger and a workflow action
— You've never managed anyone — this is a leadership role
— You panic on English-speaking client calls
— Your GHL experience is limited to templates and drag-and-drop with no custom logic
