What is the validity period of an eSIM?
Your eSIM stays valid for 180 days from the date of purchase. You may activate it anytime within this period. After activation, your data plan duration begins immediately. For example, if you purchase a 7-day plan and activate it 30 days later, the 7-day period will start from the activation date.
Can I get a refund if the eSIM doesn’t work with my device?
eSIM purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once issued. Please verify your device’s eSIM compatibility before buying. Ensure your phone supports eSIM and that it is carrier-unlocked or not contract-bound. We guarantee delivery of the eSIM, but device compatibility is the customer’s responsibility.

This eSIM is designed for use inside Saudi Arabia only, and therefore cannot be activated while you are in Pakistan.
However, it can be installed before traveling, and it will automatically activate once you arrive in Saudi Arabia.
How Activation Works .
You can install the eSIM in Pakistan, but it will NOT activate or show signal until you reach Saudi Arabia.
If you are traveling soon, you may install it 1 day before your departure.
The plan (1GB / 7 Days) will only start counting after activation, meaning the timer begins when you land in Saudi Arabia,
