MARS MADS is looking for an experienced professional to manage B2B lead generation and cold email outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct strategic B2B lead research.
• Build and manage qualified prospect lists.
• Execute highly personalised cold email outreach.
• Qualify and categorise leads.
• Develop partnership and collaboration pipelines.
• Support business growth through outbound strategies.

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation or cold email marketing.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales processes.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Experience with outreach and lead generation tools.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
