We are seeking a talented, passionate Front-End Developer with a thorough understanding of React.JS and its core principles having at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Build new products and features through rapid build/measure/learn iterations.
Work collaboratively with Designers, Peer Developers, Architects, and Product Managers on high-impact projects.
Understand user experience and strive to maintain a good experience when developing interfaces
Turn user/customer needs into elegant, user-centric designs.
Support the open-source community

Good to have:

Experience with MV* JavaScript frameworks such as Backbone, Angular or Ember
Experience using mobile-first RWD techniques and patterns
Understanding of app / browser performance and techniques
Demonstrated ability writing semantic HTML5, CSS3 and CSS preprocessors like Sass and Less
Track record of developing and leveraging existing reusable front-end patterns and components
Experience developing against RESTful APIs
Attention to detail in implementing visual and interactive designs of UX designers
Skilled at adding progressive enhancement and performant UX techniques when building interfaces
Familiarity with standards-compliant front-end development and accessibility best practices
Familiarity with code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}

Who can Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
- Contribute to all phases of the development life cycle.
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
- Designing the application according to specifications.
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site.
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.

Highest Priority Skillset: PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, SQL, APIs (Google, Microsoft, etc.), and unit testing
Other Skills Wanted: HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, etc.
Bonus Skills: Python, Selenium.

- 4+ years of software development experience in Laravel, PHP/MySQL.
- Understanding of OOP principles, JavaScript and MVC frameworks]
- Proficiency in PHP, MYSQL and JQuery, HTML, JavaScript
- Experience with creating APIs for third parties and consuming third-party APIs.
- A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
