Civilians shouldn’t be allowed to have guns, PERIOD

I never understood the reason why civilians are allowed to have weapons at their disposal. I couldn’t find one good argument that would convince me otherwise.

“Oh, we need it for self-defense.” That’s a bu****it argument considering you’re trying to defend yourself from another person who’s allowed to have guns, just like you.

Nothing good will ever come out of a thing that has the power to end yourself by just clicking your finger. Sadly, no one ever talks about it.

There shouldn’t be licensed weapons, weapons for hunting, or collecting weapons as a hobby for civilians.

On a second thought, guns should be allowed on one condition only - The person should get a certificate of cowardice from the government, declaring himself an official coward.

In the grand calculus of self-centered politics, citizens are but pawns in their cold and brutal game of power and influence. Yes, it’s not easy to believe that we don’t matter considering we’re the ones being taxed the most but it doesn’t make it less true.

That’s the thing about power - It’s limitless. It’s an elusive currency that knows no bounds. And if something is out there that’s limitless, they wouldn’t stop at any cost to usurp it. Those who grasp its potential stop at nothing to seize it, often at the expense of the very people they purport to serve.

That’s what happens here. People who are willing to trade their lives for people like them think that they’re actually making a difference but when the dust settles, we’re left with nothing and they flourish.

The irony? Many remain oblivious to this dynamic.

The only difference we can make is to work harder and smarter to give our family the life we never had. That’s what makes an actual difference.

So, as we reflect on these unsettling truths, remember: true change begins not in the ballot box, but in the relentless pursuit of a brighter future for those we hold dear.

Just something to think about, If voting truly wielded transformative power, it's doubtful those in control would readily grant us that privilege.…
