The event was held under the inspiring theme: “One Daughter, One Tree – Resilient and Rising Pakistan.”
The District Forest Officer Kohat graced the occasion as the chief guest, joining hands with the community to plant trees that symbolize hope, healing, and environmental stewardship. The initiative not only honored the sacrifices of Pakistan’s armed forces but also highlighted the strength of civil society in driving inclusive development.
Speaking at the event, the District Forest Officer emphasized the importance of engaging youth—especially those facing health challenges—in national celebrations that foster pride, unity, and ecological awareness. “Each tree planted today is a living tribute to our martyrs and a promise of a greener, stronger Pakistan,” he remarked.

This celebration was part of the broader Resilient and Rising Pakistan campaign, echoing the nationwide call to reaffirm commitment to peace, prosperity, and unity. The plantation drive also served as a reminder of the vital connection between environmental health and human well-being.
