HDH Telecommunications is looking for a passionate and experienced Call Center Team Lead/Supervisor who must knows how to train and get the sales from his team. The team memeber should be able interact closely with team members to ensure their engagement, maximum target completion and effective resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a Outbound sales Team, build a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Handle escalated customer issues with tact and diplomacy, ensuring an enhanced customer experience.
Work hands-on with team members to ensure efficient target completion, exception customer experience and resource utilization.
Take ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification targets assigned by the company.
Handle on-call escalations with composure and efficiency, elevating customer satisfaction.
Experience and Qualifications:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to train and motivate team members
A minimum of 1.5+ years of experience in a Call Center as a Team Lead, handling team of at-least 25-50 agents.
A bachelor's degree or above in any relevant field. Master degree would be preferred.
Proficiency in English communication
