"𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗗𝗼 𝗪𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝘁 𝗪𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴?”
Last year, I faced a turning point.
A big project landed on my profile. The client had high expectations. And I had one big fear: what if I mess up?
✔ I overanalyzed.
✔ I double-checked every decision.
✔ I avoided risks.
Yet, the more I tried to avoid mistakes, the worse the work became.
Deadlines slipped. My team got frustrated. And I was stuck in a spiral of doubt. One day, something clicked.
✔ A mentor said: "You’re playing it safe, not smart. Let yourself fail."At first, this sounded like defeat. But I decided to try.
Here’s what changed:
➜ Fear of Getting It Wrong!
➜ We’re trained to avoid mistakes.
➜ Society ties perfection to success.
➜ But this fear kills creativity and growth.
These are the things you need to do!
☑ Permission to Fail
☑ Shift Your Focus
☑ Test Ideas Quickly
☑ Ask for Feedback
When I let myself fail, the pressure lifted. I started exploring, testing, and trusting my instincts.
➤ The project wasn’t perfect, but it was impactful.
✔ Embrace the process, not perfection.
✔ Fail fast, learn faster.
Mistakes aren’t the end; they’re the starting point for something better.
