Most people think "PPC strategy" means adjusting bids when ACOS looks bad. That's not strategy that's reacting.
A real strategy is decided in advance: clear campaign structure, a defined goal for each campaign, a set review schedule, and the patience to let data actually mean something before acting on it.
None of that costs more money. It just takes consistency.
