We are looking for CSR to join our team for US
campaigns i. e. ,
-Medicare (Supplements, Advantages),
Candidate Must have a good command on communication skills specifically in English.
Ability to work in night shift.
Benefits:

JOB DESCRIPTION : (COLD CALLING)
• Generate Sales Leads.
• Assessing and identifying customer’s needs and satisfaction.
• Use valid accurate tools to gather complete information.
• Follow communication “Scripts” procedures, polices, and guidelines while handling different campaigns.
WE NEED :
• Fresh or experience CSR.
• Ability of international call handling.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Multitasking.
• Time Management.
• Able to work AT Night shifts.
