About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand presence and generate inbound leads. You will be responsible for transforming our product ideas, services, and visuals into engaging, viral content for our social media platforms. The goal is to expand our reach across international markets such as the USA and UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Take product/service ideas and images provided by us and convert them into high-performing content (videos, posts, reels, stories, etc.).
Develop creative strategies to make content go viral and generate buzz around our services/products.
Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Implement content strategies and optimization techniques to ensure reach and visibility in global markets, especially USA & UK.
Monitor analytics and adjust campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
Focus on generating inbound leads and converting them into paid clients.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms across platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media growth, content creation, and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of algorithms and strategies to boost organic reach in international markets.
Creative thinker with the ability to produce engaging and viral content.
Experience in lead generation through social media campaigns.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
