Sometimes, the best product decisions are the things you choose **not to build**.

Every extra feature adds complexity, more decisions and more friction. Great products stay focused on what actually matters and leave the rest out.

Less isn’t just minimal. Less can be strategic.

A good reminder for anyone designing websites, products or digital experiences.

Ask a team what they shipped this year and you’ll get a list. Ask what they killed and the room goes quiet.

Typography is everywhere if you pay enough attention.

I enjoyed this collection of typographic details. Keya Vadgama has noticed lately. From Loewe and Trader Joe’s to movie credits, AI-generated design and the unexpected ways typing itself is becoming part of the visual language.
