I'm seeing so many marketing agencies making a huge mistake. They're using AI to do their work in 1/4 of the time but still charging the client for the full 10 hours.
This is an "AI-assisted" model, and it's a short-term trap.
The real money is in the "AI-first" model. You stop charging for "blog posts" and start charging to "build a blog-writing AI." You stop selling your time and start selling the system.
