2025 was not a simple year.
Amazon changed faster than many brands could react - and doing "more" stopped working.
For us at ANavigator, 2025 became a turning point.
We slowed down, looked deeper, and focused on what actually matters: clear data, correct interpretation, and profit - not just performance metrics.
This year reminded us that:
Good ACOS does not always mean good profit
More automation does not equal better decisions
Data without interpretation creates false confidence
So we focused on profit-first thinking, full-funnel strategy, and understanding signals - not chasing activity.
Along the way, we:

3. Hosted a webinar with Maryana from 4B Agency
4. Recorded a podcast with Oleg Kuzmenkov
5. Spoke at Know How Conference (Warsaw) and European Seller Conference (Prague)
6. Continued sharing real Amazon insights through our weekly newsletter
Not everything worked. Some tests failed. Old playbooks broke.
But progress was real - and the lessons will shape how we work in 2026.
