Key Responsibilities:
π Outbound Calls
β¦ Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
β¦ Explain products and services while addressing inquiries.
β¦ Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
β¦ Handle incoming calls and resolve customer concerns professionally.
β¦ Maintain a courteous and engaging tone during conversations.
β¦ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
β¦ Prepare and submit call reports to supervisors.
β¦ Follow up with potential leads to ensure closure.
β¦ Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
β¦ Collaborate with the team to achieve overall business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
βοΈ 1-3 years of experience in customer sales/services.
βοΈ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
βοΈ Ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
βοΈ Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
βοΈ Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
βοΈ Ability to handle rejection while staying motivated.
