Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Closer role at Sensible BPO in Rawalpindi. The Senior Closer will be responsible for communication with clients, closing deals, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring successful deal closure on a day-to-day basis.
Salary = 60K up to 150K
Requirements
Strong communication skills
Preferably UK/US or neutral accent
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Proven experience in closings and deal closure
Excellent customer service and sales abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Responsibilities
Generate sales leads
Interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process
Communicating the benefits of a company's product in order to drive sales
Identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services
Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Continuously improve through feedback
