یہ ایک بہت بڑی پیش رفت ہے، خاص طور پر ان لوگوں کے لیے جو پراپرٹی میں شارٹ ٹرم ٹریڈنگ (Short-term trading) کرتے ہیں۔

اس اقدام سے مارکیٹ میں پیسے کی گردش بڑھے گی کیونکہ سرمایہ کار کا بہت سارا پیسہ جو پہلے بھاری ٹیکسوں میں پھنس جاتا تھا، اب بچ جائے گا۔

اس Assignable Deed (قابلِ منتقلی دستاویز) کے اہم پہلو یہ ہیں:

1۔ سب سے بڑا فائدہ یہ ہے کہ آپ کو اِسکی رجسٹری کے وقت FBR کے بھاری ٹیکسز (جیسے 236K، 236W وغیرہ) ادا نہیں کرنے ہوں گے۔ صرف 1 فیصد سٹیمپ ڈیوٹی دے کر آپ کے پاس قانونی اختیار آ جائے گا کہ آپ رقبہ بیچ سکیں۔

2۔ اگر آپ کا مقصد جائیداد لے کر اسے چند ماہ میں آگے فروخت کرنا ہے، تو پہلے آپ کو رجسٹری پر لاکھوں روپے خرچ کرنے پڑتے تھے، جس سے آپ کا منافع کم ہو جاتا تھا۔ اب اس نئے طریقہ کار سے:
آپ کی لاگت (Cost) کم ہو جائے گی۔

3۔ عام طور پر لوگ ٹیکس سے بچنے کے لیے "مختار نامہ" (Power of Attorney) کا سہارا لیتے تھے، جو کہ قانونی طور پر کافی رسکی ہوتا تھا (مالک کی وفات کی صورت میں کینسل ہو جانا وغیرہ)۔ لیکن Assignable Deed:
ایک باقاعدہ قانونی دستاویز ہے جس میں آپ نے پوری قیمت ادا کی ہوتی ہے۔
یہ آپ کو یہ قانونی حق دیتی ہے کہ آپ اصل مالک کی مداخلت کے بغیر جائیداد آگے فروخت کر سکیں۔
