So you might buy 10 different products and get four of each — that's “going wide.”

PROS:

Lower purchase price means higher profit
As you find profitable items, you can reorder them over and over, thus increasing your product line every time you find a winner
When your purchase price is lower than other sellers, you have a better chance at winning the Buy Box because you can go lower on your sales price if needed
Buying in larger quantities allows your business to be more passive. It takes less effort to sell 100 of the same item than it does to sell one of 100 different items.

CONS:

Larger investment of capital
Bigger risk than retail arbitrage because you are buying larger quantities. There is always a chance you get stuck with large amounts of a product you can’t sell.

What is a universal product code (UPC)?

A UPC, or Universal Product Code, is a universally unique 12-digit numerical code and corresponding barcode assigned to a product that remains constant, regardless of who is selling the product, where it is sold, or how it is sold.

The first 6 to 9 digits of a UPC are the company prefix, which identifies the business that owns the intellectual property rights to the product in question. The next 2 to 5 digits are selected by the UPC owner. The final digit number is the sum of all the previous digits, which ensures that no two UPCs are the same.

Because UPCs are universally used and recognized, they are regulated by an international non-profit organization called the GS1. The company that designed the product in question must purchase UPCs from GS1.

Choose relevant keywords with High Search Volume and always use long & short tail keywords according to your product relevancy.

Product title is the main part of your listing because every buyer first sees your title and the title match with your physical packaging not like that you use such type of keywords which is irrelevant of your product, you are selling wooden product and put keyword in your title plastic, stainless steel, Bamboo etc. It is not right for your product, begin with brand name, and capitalize the first letter of each word except for prepositions and conjunctions, (of, and etc) don’t use all caps. Use numerals (2 instead of two), spell out measurements (6 inches not 6”), Don't use symbols, such as ~! * $? Æ, ©, ô, etc.

𝟯. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗜𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀
In digital world you are selling your product through images so your pictures must be eye catching because buyer not touch your product physically but he must see your product images and judge the quality of your product through images.

The price of product can influence conversion rate and sales growth. Set the price according competitor analysis from your competitors. If possible, add value with your product.

Write 5 bullets point which describe your product. Write material content and use of your product in 1st bullet. Next 3 bullets you describe features of your products, in every bullet point (2,3,4) describe specific feature, 5th bullet point about care of your product

6. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Write an optimized listing with high search volume keywords. Use detailed information about product features and product usage to help customers find, evaluate, and purchase products. Use the brand name, size, material, and color in the description. Use A+ Content.

*You will fail in it and end up losing your time and money if you are making these mistakes.
*Your product is not retail-ready.
*Checking retail readiness for your product before running PPC is very important. If your product is not retail-ready then there is no chance to be successful in PPC.

*Always use Amazon's recommended size & pixels for photos.
*Consider the top 6 images that must include additional
views of a product, lifestyle image, size ratio, details/

*Use a white background.
*Don't use website URLs, promotional messages, or
guarantees in images
*Don't use the logo using the retouching process.
*No watermarks.
*No placeholder images.

Bullet points
Include 5 bullet points with the top features of your
product.
*Don't use exclamation signs or semi-colons to separate
phrases within a single bullet point.
*Don't use adjectives such as "best" or hyperlinks.

*Bluepoint length must be longer than 10 characters
and less than 255 characters.

Descriptions

*Describe the major product features such as features,
size, style, and use of the product.
*Include accurate dimensions, instructions& warranty information.
*Use correct grammar, punctuation, and complete
sentences.
*Make your description easy to read by reading paragraphs. (At content/EBC with a brand story is a huge plus.)
*Know your product
According to Amazon's internal data, 91% of customers tend to read reviews before buying a product. So it is very

What is buy box?
The box on the right side of a product’s details page which shows “Buy now” and “Add to cart” button is called the buy box.
The person who clicks on buy now option, then the order goes to that seller who wins the buy box.

Buy box Eligibility Criteria:
Following are the factors which helps for winning the buy box.

1. Price:
Price is the main factor while getting a chance to win the buy box. By lowering the price from your competitors will increase your chances of winning the buy box.

2. Fulfillment method:
It is the most important variable considered by amazon in order to give buy box to someone. There are two fulfillment methods, FBA and FBM, amazon gives priority to FBA sellers to win the buy box mostly.

3. Account rating:
The seller with greater amount of ratings will be having a higher chance of winning the buy box.

4. Account health:
The seller with good account health than its competitors have a high chance of winning the buy box. Good account health means that his ODR (Order Defect Rate) is lower than his competitors. Order Defect Rate is that when someone buys a product and then returns it due to a specific reason for being damaged or something else.

5. Stock availability:
The seller who has greater number of stock will be having higher chance of winning the buy box.

Suppressed Buy Box:

Suppressed buy box is that when amazon removes the buy box from the product page. There is shown “See all buying options” instead “Buy Now” button. It is being gone on suppressed due to the reason when none of the sellers is eligible to win the buy box.
