آخرکار میں نے وہ جگہ تلاش کر ہی لی جہاں سے سیالکوٹ کے تمام بڑے ہوٹلوں کو تقریباً تیار مچھلی سپلائی ہوتی ہے۔
یہ سپلائی صبح سے رات تک مسلسل اور منظم انداز میں جاری رہتی ہے۔
مچھلی کانٹوں کے بغیر فراہم کی جاتی ہے—آپ کو صرف فرائی کرنا ہوتا ہے، اور ذائقہ خود بول اٹھتا ہے۔

یہ صرف ایک دریافت نہیں، بلکہ معیار، سہولت اور اعتماد کا پتا ہے—وہ خاموش نظام جو بڑے ہوٹلوں کے ذائقے کو زندہ رکھتا ہے۔
