Born in Póvoa de Varzim, near Oporto, Disney’s Aladdin awoke her Arabic side at the age of 5. With Internet research and magazine consultation, Oriental Dance was revealing itself a passion from a possible previous life, having since early age winding movements and an accurate ear for the beats. In 2012 attended classes with Regina Nurenahar in Arabesk school for Oriental Dancers, being a dancer in Moroccan tea houses in the Oporto district and began performing in medieval fairs and historical events in the same year as well, throughout the country. Ana Rita Pacheco expresses the youth inside her dance, making a fusion with Ballet movements and several other ethnic dances she discovered in her dancing past, resulting in a free, spontaneous and wild way to face Oriental Dance and, even further, life itself! His nickname means “Little Grandpa.” He earned it as a child, running to his grandparents when life got heavy.
At 40, Vozinha ran onto a FIFA World Cup pitch. Against Spain. Representing Cabo Verde.

They said he was too old.The numbers said otherwise: before 2026, only 7 players over 40 had ever played in a World Cup. This year alone, eight showed up. And so did he.

This is the kind of story I think about when I build brands. Not viral. Not fast. Not loud. Memorable. Deep. Real. If your brand has a story worth telling I’d love to help you tell it.

Preparing the content strategy for the biggest brands in the room ☕🏆. The brands don’t stop. Neither do I 🩵.

(Also, has anyone seen my client’s analytics? I left them somewhere between the press conference and halftime 😏).

Thank you for the idea, Giullya Becker .

“A gypsy soul — joy itself, free of judgement. A warrior. Fire. A dancer.”

That’s how LoftTrilhos once described me. And honestly? I’ve never found better words.

The dancer part may look different now… but the fire? The freedom? The soul that moves before the mind catches up? That never left. It just found a new stage.
Strategy. Stories. Brands that feel like people.

Still dancing. Just differently 🐚🪸🦪🧜🏽‍♀️.

Those words came from Jerrod Pickering, a real estate professional in Texas who came to me with great ideas and hours of footage, but no cohesive brand message.

We changed that. I didn’t just edit his videos. I listened. I asked questions. I built something that felt truly like him… Because that’s what I believe in: strategy with soul, and presence that pulls.

If you’ve been watching and thinking your brand deserves this level of attention, believe me: it does 🩵.

This isn't a new conversation for me.I've been applying this since 2024, long before it became a trending topic.
Trained under & , who warned us about this back in the day, and whose mentorship shaped the way I think about protecting brands, not just growing them, I reinforce this idea due to the latest publication
of .social because when the industry catches up, it confirms what aligned strategy already knew.

I don't just manage content. I protect what you're building. Every post. Every audio. Every decision.
If you want a social media manager who thinks three steps ahead, you know where to find me 🌊.

It is International Dance Day, I saw the yesterday… and so my AirPods, today, have already been recharged twice because I can’t stop dancing, not even walking my dog on the street 💃🏽.

I’ll be honest, as I always am: sometimes I miss this. I miss the bagpipes, the heavy props on the head, the after-work (non-alcohol in my case) drinks all through the night… Because artists are not created, they are born that way.

Dance still saves me, everyday. There has not been a day where I didn’t dance, and I always will… Because “once a dancer, always a dancer” 🩰.

Happy International Dance Day!

… And it’s the same with your content. No, it’s not another post with Justin Bieber because this week you are already tired of him with so many posts coming. Just stay with this message:

You don’t need to do more. You “just” need to say something that actually lands. Not louder. Not trendier. Real.

Whenever you are ready, shall we? 🙃.

I’ve noticed something interesting lately… I’ve been attracting more male clients. And no, it’s not random. It’s because of the way I show up:

I’m independent. I live alone. I built my own business. I make decisions fast. I hold structure. I lead. That’s what people would call “masculine energy”. And honestly? I’m not here to dim it.

You know why? Because while everyone online is romanticizing “softness” and “feminine flow”…no one talks enough about this:

✨ Discipline is feminine too.
✨ Leadership is feminine too.
✨ Clarity is feminine too.

You don’t build something sustainable only with intuition (although I trust mine A LOT). You need direction. You need boundaries. You need ex*****on. And that energy? It attracts a different kind of client. Not better. Not worse. Just aligned.

So no, I’m not trying to “balance it out” to fit an aesthetic. I’m learning how to own both: Soft when I feel. Sharp when I decide. Magnetic because I’m whole…. And maybe that’s the real power no one is talking about.

If you’ve been feeling “too much” of something… maybe it’s exactly what your next level needs.
