Finding it hard to stay motivated? Especially during these uncertain times? I totally get you!! So here’s what I do to motivate myself! 🙌🏽💪🏽
- THINK OF THE WHY :
The first think I do, is keep reminding myself the reason why I started. This helps me to keep focused on my goal and it really makes me motivated to achieve my goals!
- SET GOALS AND WRITE THEM DOWN:
When I write down my daily, weekly and yearly goals, increases the sense of commitment and to be honest, I love that feeling of accomplishment when I get to the end of the day and tick ✅ everything I did! In addition, it is actually proved that writing down your goals everyday is strongly associated with goals success! So definitely try it, I use this agenda where I write EVERY SINGLE THING, love keeping myself organised!
- DO WHAT MAKES YOU JUMP OUT OF BED EXCITED :
This is probably the most important one! When you’re doing something you love and that makes you excited, that’s half way to success! On the opposite, if you’re doing something that doesn’t make you happy but for some reason you really need to do it, for example to earn money, you will more hardly find motivation. However, just keep in your mind that the result will definitely worth the effort. Perhaps, you can even reward yourself, for instance “I will watch a movie that I love, when I finish this”. But don’t be to hard on yourself, sometimes we are just not feeling productive so allow yourself to take some breaks or do things you love to recharge your energy 😌
- STAY POSITIVE
Last but not least, always try to stay positive. I know how easy can be to fall into negative thoughts but every time you have a negative thought, substitute for a positive thought! For instance, instead of saying “I won’t be able to do it”, say “ I know what I am capable of and I am sure I will be able to do it!” 🤩 Trust me, it will make a totally difference, especially on the way you see life!
