1. BREATH WORK DAILY: first thing in the morning when I wake up and last thing at night while in bed.
2. SELF COACHING: I pay close attention to my thoughts and remind myself that it’s okay to feel worried or scared – those feelings are just proof that I’m human. What matters is the story I attach to them. I intentionally coach myself through these inner conversations (yes, out loud!) and remind myself that we all have around 70,000 thoughts a day, and only a fraction of them are true.
3. HYPNOSIS: I started working with it this past summer and have a selection of my favorites. I’m happy to share them with anyone who’s interested – just send me a DM.
4. COLD WATER: I cold plunge in the Atlantic Ocean almost daily. If you’re not near the sea, a cold shower works too! I’ve created and recorded a lot of information about the benefits of cold water exposure. If you’d like, I’ll gladly send it your way.
5. NATURE: I spend time outside, no matter the weather DAILY. Whether I’m grounding in the soil or sand, I connect with Mother Nature and speak out loud about what’s going on inside me.
