1. BREATH WORK DAILY: first thing in the morning when I wake up and last thing at night while in bed.

2. SELF COACHING: I pay close attention to my thoughts and remind myself that it’s okay to feel worried or scared – those feelings are just proof that I’m human. What matters is the story I attach to them. I intentionally coach myself through these inner conversations (yes, out loud!) and remind myself that we all have around 70,000 thoughts a day, and only a fraction of them are true.

3. HYPNOSIS: I started working with it this past summer and have a selection of my favorites. I’m happy to share them with anyone who’s interested – just send me a DM.

4. COLD WATER: I cold plunge in the Atlantic Ocean almost daily. If you’re not near the sea, a cold shower works too! I’ve created and recorded a lot of information about the benefits of cold water exposure. If you’d like, I’ll gladly send it your way.

5. NATURE: I spend time outside, no matter the weather DAILY. Whether I’m grounding in the soil or sand, I connect with Mother Nature and speak out loud about what’s going on inside me.

The conversation around Post Quantity, Frequency and Engagement never stops. I’m part of it since 2017, when I resigned from my last job.

7 years - 7 figures. This js my 2 cents, take what resonate, leave what doesn’t 👇

First off, there is NO time within the 24 hours you have available that is better than another time. Full stop. The algorithm does not care WHEN you post. In fact the perfect time is always NOW.

The frequency and consistency you establish in your business is entirely your call. The more consistent you are the more people will see your content and obviously this is directly correlated with your income. It’s not rocket science. You don’t show up - you don’t make money (unless you pay for traffic which is a different story)

However, as someone who has a love/hate relationship with social media I can tell you this: if you are good in what you do - people talk. If you create good outcomes for people who paid you - people will tell others! (I teach this in the referral training of my latest course ‘Make Money Now’ )

Add to that being a great communicator who understands how to read a room and the people in it and you will understand what I mean when I say, some of my best months were when I cut out the noise and concentrated on serving and developing new skills.

TLTR: post when ever you feel like posting, once, twice, four times a day, a week, a month but be aware of your position, your brand and know what you can pull off and what not. Experiment and see what works best for you. The more the merrier IMO if you have the energy for it. If you don’t, work with what you got!

Pretty stoked to see this come to life... 🥰

I had a call with a client the other day, and she had been struggling with a really specific part of her business (which we solved quickly).

She gave me an idea that would help a lot of people, so I sat down that same day and spent about 6 hours building a new product.

I launched it lowkey this week, and it’s made $2k so far.

I’ve sent out a handful of emails, made a few posts on my page, and posted some stories.

Crazy fact: I would’ve had to work more than a month at my relocation job a few years ago to make this kind of money.

This is your reminder: don’t sit on the sidelines waiting for miracles to happen.

Make a move and make things happen!

Sometimes, you’ve just got to put out so much energy that the universe has no choice but to send some of it back your way.

What if you got paid $133 for every DM?

Sounds wild, right? You’re probably getting ghosted, or chatting with people who say they “can’t afford it” and wondering how anyone actually makes money from these DM conversations.

But here’s the thing: every single chat you have, whether it’s a casual check-in or a conversation about your offer - could be worth $133.

No scripts. No awkward sales lingo.
Just real good conversations that lead to sales.

I’ve had around 15,000 DM conversations over the past 7+ years, averaging about 6 chats a day, and those conversations have brought in almost $2M in sales.

That’s not luck or chance. There’s a method to it, and I’ve mastered the psychology behind what actually works. Most people miss out because they’re focused on the wrong parts of the conversation or have the wrong goal in mind from the start.

Even as an expert in your field, if your DMs aren’t consistently converting, you might be overlooking the finer nuances of human behavior that signal a prospect’s readiness to commit.

The art lies not just in what’s said, but in understanding the unspoken shifts in tone and timing that often go unnoticed. These subtle dynamics can be the difference between a nice chat and a closed deal.

It’s possible you’re too focused on closing the deal, rather than guiding the conversation to a point of clarity and certainty.

This shift in focus can unintentionally project pressure, changing the dynamic and making it feel transactional. When that happens, prospects start to pull back or ghost you.

See, you don’t need a big audience or the perfect pitch. You just need to know how to steer the conversation naturally to convert well in the DMs.

[Why You Might Hate Selling in the DMs]

There is a reason why resistance and avoidance come up whenever you think of Messenger, leading you to avoid it completely.

Chances are, you’re receiving cold DMs from people who don’t even bother asking you a single question, sending mostly copy-paste texts pretty much daily!

Right there, you see daily how it is NOT done.
Right there, you feel disgusted and turned off. And… rightly so.

I mean, who would buy from someone who sends an impersonal, needy cold pitch without any qualification or proof?

It feels gross. For you, for me, for all of us.

The problem: sleazy strategies are still being taught today! Scripts, ice-cold and relentless handling of objections, scarcity tactics... I've seen it all over the past seven years.

The biggest misconception about selling is the belief that the primary goal of a sales conversation is to make a sale.

But if not a closed deal, what is a successful sales conversation then?

It’s for both parties to find out whether or not to move forward together, and that clarity on both sides is only achieved through active listening, genuine interest, curiosity, asking the right questions, and empathy.

Depending on how well we know each other, you might have heard me talk about communication over the past few years and the importance of it. You might even have read one of the eBooks I wrote, where I repeatedly say that this soft skill is the #1 skill to have if you want to build a successful business (and life, really):
