How to Create Habits That Transform Your Life

In the coming days, Motivate Youth is moving into an important new phase: the Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA) in Braga, Portugal (19–25 April 2026).

During the LTTA, 4 mentors from each partner organisation will come together for an intensive training focused on the Motivate Youth mentorship programme—its methodology, tools, and practical application.

The main goal is to ensure mentors leave Braga with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to implement the programme locally. After the training, each mentor will work directly with young people, using what they learned to support motivation, personal development, and active participation in society.
