IT Director
Job Summary
The IT Director will lead the organization’s Information Technology strategy with a primary focus on enterprise applications. The role is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of business-critical applications, ERP systems, and integration platforms to support digital transformation initiatives. The IT Director ensures alignment of technology solutions with business objectives, compliance with governance standards, and operational excellence across all IT services.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the strategy, planning, implementation, and support of enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other critical business systems.
• Ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications, internal systems, and external platforms using APIs, middleware, and modern integration technologies.
• Manage application lifecycle, including selection, deployment, upgrades, optimization, and end-user adoption.
• Collaborate with business units to design and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation.
• Oversee IT operations related to application platforms, ensuring system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with information security, data protection, and regulatory standards for all enterprise applications.
• Develop and enforce application governance, IT policies, and procedures in alignment with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Lead vendor and partner management for enterprise applications, ensuring adherence to SLAs and project delivery timelines.
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning for critical applications.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to IT teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, with significant leadership in enterprise applications management.
• Proven expertise in ERP systems, CRM, enterprise applications, and system integration.
• Experience in IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance in a corporate environment.
• Strong project management skills: certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting requirements for listed companies is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
