🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct exploratory testing to identify usability and user experience issues
* Elicit, analyze, and document requirements, including User Stories and BRDs
* Research relevant topics and perform benchmark studies
* Write and execute test cases to evaluate system functionality
* Identify functional gaps and recommend process improvements
* Facilitate effective team communication and alignment
* Plan, monitor, and track project activities
* Prepare project reports and manage customer communications
* Handle escalations and lead customer meetings
* Gather customer requirements and feedback
* Assign tasks and track team progress
