Taking a Saudi healthcare audience to Istanbul means connecting every flight, room, transfer and session. We brought those details together so the focus stayed on the science.

On 28–29 August 2026, we delivered end-to-end event logistics for NEO Pulse by Masimo, Clinical Insights Symposium, at Hilton Bosphorus Istanbul.

2 days of clinical education brought together 250 participants, including NICU and Neonatal Care teams, for expert discussions and hands-on workshops.

✈️ Flights: Coordinated travel around the event schedule.
🏨 Housing: Arranged hotel accommodation at the symposium venue.
📍 Meeting, venue & branding: Handled venue booking, branding and room setup
