Sorry, no hate to the friend at coffee ☕ but your marketing strategy shouldn't come from them.

I know they mean well.

But - what I find can be helpful in these situations is having a strategy.

✨ Your strategy should come from knowing YOUR business, YOUR audience, and YOUR goals.

And yes - you could be everywhere and it would be amazing... but you have a business to run.

You are not a content creator. You are a business owner. And that changes everything about how you show up online.

Because the decision isn't as complicated as everyone makes it out to be. It really comes down to this:

1. What's your budget?
You don't need to spend hundreds a day to get started. But you do need to be realistic about what you can put behind it consistently.

2. How fast do you want to get there?
Organic works. But what takes 3 years organically could take 3 months with the right ad strategy. Speed is a choice.

3. Where do you want to take this thing?
If you're happy with your current client load and not looking to scale, ads might not be your priority right now. But if you want to grow? This is the conversation you need to have.
