Honoured to attend the International Metro Operators Summit 2025.

The event opened with a keynote by SBS Transit Group CEO, Mr. Jeffrey Sim, followed by Acting Minister for Transport, Mr. Jeffrey Siow.

Both highlighted the critical role of our transport ecosystem — and the power of strong partnerships between regulators, operators, unions, and the public.

There is so much that happens behind the scenes beyond trains and buses: AI, engineering, data, operations, customer service, and the countless teams who keep our city moving safely and reliably.

I’m still humbled that Sharelah SG has the opportunity to be part of SBS Transit’s broader ecosystem. As Mr. Sim emphasized during the panel discussion, SBS Transit is deeply committed to caring for all commuters — including those with diverse needs — and we are proud to contribute to that mission in our own small way.

Our service only requires a one time sign up of $2.00 (of which $0.60 is donated to Community Chest)

Our service is:
- 48 hours free use
- weekends are excluded (longer return period)
- unlimited borrows (return and borrow again at no cost)
