We are delighted to continue running our First Impression Workshop, , for Advisors Alliance Group (AAG) ’s new advisor on-boarding programme since 2024.

This week marked our second session for 2026, and it was wonderful to meet another group of fresh and aspiring advisors who are about to begin creating their own success stories.

A few key pointers shared during the session:
♠When tailoring your first business suit, start with deep neutrals such as charcoal grey or navy rather than black.
♠Structured outfits, such as a well-tailored blazer, create a psychological impression of trust, professionalism, and credibility.

We also concluded the session with an express 🌈for each participant, helping them better understand the colours that enhance their professional presence.

With another 4–5 weeks remaining in their programme, we wish all future advisors every success as they embark on this exciting new journey.

Transformation of one’s image does not happen overnight — it is the beginning of a journey of growth, confidence, and self-discovery.

Back in 2018, our client, Nigel, a magician, approached us and courageously stepped beyond his comfort zone to transform his visual image. What made the journey truly meaningful was not only the consultation itself, but his continuous commitment after the consultation to evolving his presence alongside the growth and transition of his business over the years.

During the last seven days, we felt incredibly rewarded witnessing him as a mentalist and keynote speaker at two different occasions — confidently owning the stage with authenticity, charisma, and professionalism. It was a proud moment for us to see how far he has come through his own dedication and perseverance.

Most of us would instinctively say that pearls are white 🤍. However, natural pearls come in a beautiful spectrum of colours, including gold, pink and grey. Among the rarest and most distinctive are black pearls 🖤, which are not truly black but shimmer in tones ranging from peacock green to deep silver.

At Pearl FALCO パールファルコ ’s collaborative event, we had the pleasure of presenting our workshop, "Simply Black Pearls", where we explored how to style these unique gems in celebrating month.

A common concern is that black pearls can appear overly mature or ageing. Yet, when styled thoughtfully, their lustre brings a refined and distinctive elegance that is truly captivating. One of Kanako’s favourite pairings is with a black collared blazer, creating a composed, confident and quietly charismatic look.✨

Lunar New Year celebrations may be over, but a red dress never really goes out of style... especially in Singapore, where “red” is such a popular event theme throughout the year.

This particular piece caught my eye. The red and pink tones are slightly on the cooler (blue-based) side for me, yet the design won me over completely. Sometimes, a beautiful cut and silhouette speak louder than colour theory alone.

It is also one of the treasures I found at The Fashion Pulpit ; proof that style can be both sustainable and exciting!
