Sarawak lit up Singapore with the much-anticipated return of the Sarawak Mega Fair (16–18 Oct 2025).

The event was officially inaugurated by the Premier of Sarawak, HE Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri (Dr) Abang Haji Abdul Zohari bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg, with Tranz Comm moderating the media briefing.

Over 50 exhibitors brought Sarawak’s spirit to life — each booth a doorway into the region’s rich cultural tapestry. Visitors were treated to exclusive travel offers, captivating live performances, and interactive craft demonstrations, all thoughtfully curated to inspire, delight, and immerse.

Tranz Comm recently worked with RSM Singapore to announce a scholarship endowment fund to support disadvantaged students.
Students from disadvantaged families will now have a boost to receive higher education, as RSM Singapore has pledged to donate S$4 million to nine local higher education institutions to establish scholarship funds. The firm is also committing a total of $900,000 to the Community Chest over three years.
RSM Singapore (RSM新加坡) is the largest professional services firm outside the Big Four in Singapore and a member of RSM, the sixth-largest professional services network globally. The homegrown firm provides assurance, tax, advisory, as well as business solutions, with a focus on helping growing businesses to optimise profits, enhance business value and internationalise.

The annual Singapore Fintech Festival 2024 is back this week and the Swiss delegation - hosted by the Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE) and the Swiss Business Hub South East Asia + Pacific, is back for the for the 8th time.

A total of 12 Swiss players – showcasing the breadth and depth of expertise of its financial system – will participate under the Swiss Pavilion at SFF 2024. These participants, several taking part for the first time, bring their knowhow from venture capital to innovative solutions that redefine traditional challenges to the forefront of the industry event.

Renee Koh, Deputy Head of Swiss Business Hub South East Asia + Pacific shared, “The steadfast support from Swiss financial institutions and fintech companies at SFF 2024 underscores our commitment to bringing innovative Swiss enterprises to Singapore, empowering them to establish a strategic foothold in Southeast Asia. About 8 years in the pipeline... One Punggol, an integrated resident-centric community hub for the new Punggol district, was officially unveiled on 8 Sept 2024. Prime Minister Lawrence Wong was present alongside grassroots advisers to Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC and 5,000 residents at the official opening.

One Punggol’s key goal is to build a vibrant and inclusive community, especially for families living in the district and the lots of media captured this significant milestone.

The Annual Purple Parade Movement – now in its 11th year in 2023 – was abuzz with 13,000 people descending into Suntec City on 4 November. There were more than 35 first-time participants in this year’s event. A signature pillar of this annual event is The Purple Parade Symphony, where 41 concert performances featured 400 performers from various disabilities.

The Purple Parade 2023 was graced by Guest of Honour Mr Lawrence Wong, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister for Finance. He watched the concert performances before joining the first contingent group in its march-past and visiting carnival booths.
