Once you get a taste of Mama Yeah’s large and hefty ngoh hiang rolls, the typical small ones just won’t cut it anymore.

Their ngoh hiang is chock full of ingredients like water chestnut, minced meat, prawns and more, making each bite a definite mouthful.

If you’re still feeling hungry, they also serve up hearty glutinous rice which comes with meat, mushroom and peanuts!

Curry puffs don't fare well in our humid climate, often deflating rapidly after a few hours outside, With Bam Bam’s Epok Epok’s puffs, you won’t have to worry; they’re fried to order, and still stay crispy when you receive it at home (at least for us!).

Palm-sized but generously filled and full of crunch, their puffs come in flavours like potato, sardine and more.

It’s easy to make a decent curry puff, but it’s the little details that separate the good from the great. Bam Bam’s Epok Epok, started in August last year by Ida, bears all the hallmarks of a great, quality curry puff: a blistered, crunchy crust, and a rich and well-spiced curry filling that.....

Don’t be fooled by My Daily Bread’s name; instead of bread, the home baker focuses on a delightful array of sweet treats, from macarons to burnt cheesecake.

They offer the standard macarons, but our lucky writer managed to snag some fatcarons (fat macarons with thick fillings) during one of the bake sales!
