We’re excited to welcome Yasuyuki Sugiyama, President of Clavis Partners / 株式会社Clavis Partners, to the 5th Hospitality Japan Conference as Hotel Revenue Summit Japan (HRSJ) Chairman!

第5回 ホスピタリティ・ジャパン・カンファレンス（ ）に、Hotel Revenue Summit Japan（HRSJ）のチェアマンであり、株式会社Clavis Partnersの代表取締役を務める杉山 康之（Yasuyuki Sugiyama）氏をお迎えできることを大変嬉しく思います！

I began my career in hotel operations before becoming a Revenue Manager at Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel. By 2021, I had led corporate revenue management teams as a director for multiple hotel chains and later transitioned into hotel sector asset management.

My experience spans over 200 properties across Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa.

In 2023, I founded Clavis Partners Inc. to provide expert advisory and consulting services in revenue management to hotel operators, investment firms, and asset management companies. I hold an MBA from Rikkyo University.

大学を卒業後、温泉地のリゾートホテルに開業スタッフとして入社。

その後スイスホテル南海大阪でベル・フロント・客室管理スタッフを経て、神戸メリケンパークオリエンタルホテルでレベニューマ

ネージャーとなる。21 年までに数社のファンド系ホテルチェーンにて本部のレベニューマネージメントチームを部長職にて歴任し、アセットマネジメント会社にてホテルセクターのアセットマネジメントを担当。

これまでに北海道から沖縄まで200施設以上の、様々なカテゴリーのホテルに携わってきました。

23 年から㈱ClavisPartners を設立。レベニューマネジメントを専門領域とし、ホテル運営会社や投資会社、アセットマネジメント会社へのアドバイザー、コンサルティングに従事。17 年立教大学大学院にて経営学修士取得。

We’re excited to welcome Jennifer Hashimoto, Project Manager of Dorchester Collection, to the 5th Hospitality Japan Conference as Hotel Investment Summit Japan (HISJ) Chairman!

第5回 ホスピタリティ・ジャパン・カンファレンス（ ）に、Hotel Investment Summit Japan（HISJ）のチェアマンであり、Dorchester Collectionのプロジェクトマネージャーを務めるジェニファー・ハシモト（Jennifer Hashimoto）氏をお迎えできることを大変嬉しく思います！

Jennifer Hashimoto has had over 20 years of experience working with hotels, providing consulting services including feasibility studies, due diligence studies, operation and management advisory for all types of hotels from small budget to luxury and resort hotels mainly for assets in Japan or Japanese-owned assets overseas.

In recent years she has also been involved in project management and technical services of new hotel developments, especially in the luxury segment, assisting in managing the projects with owners, operators, and all relevant consultants, especially designers.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the School of Hotel Administration, Cornell University and began her career at Arthur Andersen and has been working independently since.

　橋本 ジェニファーは、20年以上にわたりホテル業界に携わり、主に日本国内のホテルや海外の日系ホテルにおいて、小規模なバジェットホテルからラグジュアリーホテルやリゾートホテルまで、あらゆるタイプのホテルのフィージビリティスタディ、デューデリジェンスを実施、またオペレーション、マネジメントアドバイザリーなどのコンサルティングサービスも提供してきました。

　近年においては、特にラグジュアリーセグメントにおける新規ホテル開発のプロジェクトマネジメント業務やテクニカルサービスに携わり、オーナー、オペレーター、すべての関連コンサルタント（特にデザイナー）に対しサポート・支援を行っております。

　橋本はコーネル大学ホテル経営学部卒業後、アーサー・アンダーセンでキャリアをスタートさせ、その後独立。
