- -Need to be familiar with fb, insta, pin-interest etc etc-Will work on arranging content on social media platforms
- Need to be able to know how to create basic content on popular social media platforms
- Good command of English is required as you need to correct grammatical errors on existing posts.

Position : Co-ordinator, Marketing and Communications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing social media platforms for the company
• Keeping track of social media campaigns
• Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
• Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy
• Interacting with customers and dealing with customer’s inquiries
• Work as a team to develop new social media strategies and campaigns
• Support preparation and on-site facilitation for corporate photoshoots/video productions
• Support preparation and on-site facilitation for paid and earned media interviews/photoshoots/filming sessions
• Provide support in the planning and organising of assigned events as a representative of the department
• Assist to take photos/videos at events where required
• Liaise with and manage vendors engaged for projects/events in assigned role/s
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.

Requirements :

• Some previous Sales experience an added advantage.
• On Job training provided.
• Fresh grads of any level welcomed, especially those from communications, marketing, advertising, events related fields of study.
• In-depth understanding of popular social media channels
• Excellent written communication skills
• Socially active using mediums like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Is inquisitive and enjoys the social media ecosystem by keeping himself or herself up-to-date with digital developments/tools, trending topics and conversations
• Have a good understanding of social listening tools and social media analytic
• Possess a pleasant personality, cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills to communicate and work with people across all levels of the organisation
• Be a matured, resourceful and adaptable professional who can work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to handle multiple projects and tasks with tight and overlapping deadlines
• Where required, be able to work occasionally after office hours and some weekends to support events
