Corporate apparel are normally polo tees, but a full customisation of polo tee design will require a large volume.

Since we provide t-shirt printing without minimum order, we offer a range of ready styles from brands such as Gildan, North Harbour, and Crossrunner.

These polo tees are usually split between cotton and polyester material. And normally, cotton material will be thicker and in pique knit.

In this picture, a Film Transfer print was done on a North Harbour Soft Touch polo in Maroon colour. The material of this polo tee is 60% cotton and 40% polyester blend, available in 23 colours, and there is also a long sleeve version.

What's your favourite t-shirt? The best t-shirt must be the one that suits you, so we offer an option to Bring-Your-Own (BYO) tees instead of using one from our range of products.

For e.g. these Nike tees were brought to us to add a custom logo using DTG print method. These are 100% cotton which is recommended if using DTG.

DTG print method on a Hi-Visibility colour (Gildan Premium Cotton Safety Orange).

There are 3 hi-vis colours available and material is a blend of 50% ringspun cotton and 50% polyester.

DTG vs Film Transfer methods, what's the difference in vibrancy?

DTG process is done with the ink printed directly onto the garment. On a white tee, this ink gets absorbed into the fibers and therefore will not be as vibrant.

Film Transfer process is done by printing on a media (film) and then transferred (glued) on the garment. Therefore, the ink is not absorbed into the fibers, resulting in more vibrant print.

The print at the top is DTG and the bottom is Film Transfer. In the picture taken from the inside, you will see the ink being absorbed into the tee.

If your design includes vibrant colours, then you will want to consider Film Transfer especially on white colour tee.
