Today, I am sharing the first principle from "The Make It Right Manual," born from the conviction that true, sustainable success must be holistic, integrating faith, career, relationships, and purpose.

In my work guiding individuals, companies, and organizations, I’ve observed that the most impactful lives are built on a non-negotiable core principle. For me, that is putting spiritual and ethical foundations first. This isn’t about compartmentalization; it’s about ensuring your core values inform your identity, decisions, and leadership. A strong foundation provides the clarity and resilience needed for everything else.

The Make It Right Manual – Part 1
Building a Foundation for Holistic Success & Global Impact

1. Put God First, Everything Follows
Key Principle: “But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33)

Your relationship with God is not just a part of your life—it is the ground everything else stands on. When this foundation is secure, your purpose, peace, and path become clear. It is the bedrock upon which you build your identity and career. When He is first, He provides the wisdom, peace, and divine connections you need.

5. Campaign Team: Conduct sensitization campaigns in schools and communities.
6. Educators: Train new volunteers during orientations.
7. Business Trainers: Train community youth in business and vocational skills.
8. Distributors: Share information, letters, and ensure follow-up.
9. Reporters: Document and report on organizational activities.
10. Monitors: Oversee organizational work and report to supervisors.
11. Supervisors: Supervise all groups and report to leadership.
12. Medical Team: Provide first aid and assist those in critical health conditions.
13. Donation Team: Package and ensure the distribution of donated items.
14. Counselors: Help victims manage mental and emotional issues.
15. Therapists: Help victims reflect and make positive changes; liaise with other services.
16. Bloggers: Generate, write, and promote content online; advocate for our cause.
