The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, is offering a Post-Matric Scholarship for ST Students - Andaman and Nicobar 2023–24 to ST students enrolled in Class 11 and above. The scholarship program seeks to support students financially while they pursue post-matriculation or post-secondary education. In addition to other advantages, the chosen individuals will get a maintenance allowance of up to INR 1,200.
Eligibility Criteria for Post-Matric Scholarship for ST Students - Andaman and Nicobar 2023/24:
Students need to be a domicile of Andaman and Nicobar.
Students should belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category.
Students must be studying at post-matriculation or post-secondary level (i.e. Class 11 to Ph.D. level).
Students should have passed matriculation or higher secondary or any higher examination of a recognized University or Board of Secondary Education.
Students must have an annual family income of less than INR 2,50,000.
