In the field of food and nutrition security, ALO and its international partners are working to combat undernourishment and malnutrition among children and women and raising awareness for health issues. Good harvests will in turn stabilise food and nutrition security. The AID LINK Organization supporting local water utilities in four towns and counties levels in ensuring public drinking water supplies and sanitation, while making these services affordable and accessible even for low-income groups. ALo is involved in developing water supplies and is training staff to operate the plants. To improve hygienic conditions in schools, sanitary facilities are being extended and schoolchildren made aware of the importance of hygiene. ALo
