Slowly but surely, South Sudanese are beginning to realize that there is far more to celebrate than to fight over. Our cultures are rich, beautiful, and worthy of pride.

Next should be the Murle Cultural Festival, the Naath Cultural Festival, Chollo, Azande—and indeed all the tribes of South Sudan—celebrated month by month, so that we learn to celebrate one another.
