Foolish Leaders are Many
If you want to take a nation or corporation backward, give them a foolish leader. If you want to make it even worse, give them a foolish leader who thinks that he or she is very smart.
Yes, amazingly, people in leadership who are foolish, generally think that they are very wise that's why they go from one cycle of foolish decisions and foolish policies to another.
They will appoint or hire assistants, advisors and consultants but they will not listen to any of them and the government officials or corporate executives that occupy positions where they can implement independent decisions, would be imprisoned by the foolish leader through aggressive micromanagement.
