AI Overviews ของ Google?

หลายธุรกิจเริ่มสังเกตเห็นแล้วว่าเวลาเราค้นหาใน Google ไม่ได้มีแค่ลิงก์เว็บไซต์แบบเดิม แต่มี “AI Overviews” โผล่ขึ้นมาอธิบายและสรุปข้อมูลให้เราเห็นก่อนใคร
คำถามคือ...แล้วธุรกิจเล็กๆ อย่างเรา ต้องทำอะไรเป็นพิเศษไหมถึงจะได้ไปอยู่ตรงนั้น?

จริงๆ แล้ว ไม่ได้มี “สูตรลับ” แต่สิ่งที่ควรทำคือโฟกัสไปที่ การสร้างคอนเทนต์ที่มีคุณภาพ และเข้าใจง่ายสำหรับคนอ่าน เพราะ Google ใช้ AI ดึงเอาข้อมูลที่น่าเชื่อถือและตอบคำถามผู้ใช้ได้ดีที่สุด

สิ่งที่ควรทำให้ชัดเจนคือ:

เขียนเนื้อหาให้ตอบคำถามตรงไปตรงมา ไม่อ้อมค้อม

ใช้ภาษาที่คนจริงๆ ค้นหา เช่น “ทำยังไงให้ลูกค้าเจอร้านเราใน Google” มากกว่าภาษาเชิงวิชาการ

จัดโครงสร้างเนื้อหาให้เรียบร้อย ใช้หัวข้อย่อย, FAQ, Schema ที่ช่วยให้ Google เข้าใจ

อัปเดตข้อมูลให้ใหม่อยู่เสมอ อย่าปล่อยให้เนื้อหาตกยุค

สำหรับธุรกิจขนาดเล็ก สิ่งเหล่านี้คือโอกาส เพราะถ้าคุณทำให้เนื้อหามีคุณค่าและเป็นประโยชน์จริง AI ก็พร้อมจะหยิบข้อมูลคุณไปแสดงให้คนเห็นมากขึ้น
