Since Gather · Connect · Grow Bangkok, I have spent a lot of time thinking about what we built, why it matters, and what comes next.
The answer became increasingly clear.
STRA was never about building another event.
It is about creating a place for Asia's professional short-term rental sector to become more visible, better understood and better connected — through research, verification, industry knowledge, leadership and relationships that continue long after we leave the room.
The Knowledge Hub is growing.
The STRA Verified Network is growing.
Our research and market intelligence are becoming deeper.
Art of Data and Art of STR are creating new ways to share what is happening across the region.
And Gather · Connect · Grow remains where those conversations come together in person.
It has taken two years of listening, building, changing things when they weren't right, and learning from operators across very different Asian markets.
There is much more to do.
But the platform is built.
So this is my invitation to property managers, founders, technology companies, distribution partners, investors and industry leaders who genuinely want to understand and contribute to this market:
