How to work with goals in inqoob?

🔥👉🏻We already told you that we have this feature; today, we will talk about working with goals in more detail.

🔹Why do we need goals?
To collect additional statistics and analytics from your chatbot.

🔹Where can I use goals?
You can use goals in absolutely any bot. Make a chart of 4-7 goals and attach them to buttons.

After the user has passed any goals, you can view the statistics in the "Data" section.

➖Each goal will be entered into a table; then, you can analyze the user engagement, draw certain conclusions, and change your chatbot.

How do I exit the chatbot and get back to where I left off❓

✅👍🏻This combination of commands helps your users continue the dialog with the bot without restarting it, which saves a lot of time going through all the scenarios again.

➖For example, you have created a bot with ten questions that the user needs to answer. The user began to answer the questions but stopped, for instance, at question 3 and left the bot. We need to make it so that the next time the client enters the bot, he continues with four questions.
