2026: A New Chapter for Outside With Jay B

Today marks a new chapter. A new season. A fresh anointing over my life and my brand.

I am proud to announce that Outside with Jay B has secured its first job for 2026! 🎉.

A very special thank you to Ms. Ann Natasha-Second, Founding Director of International Advocacy Against Child Abuse , for trusting me to represent and promote her upcoming events and this powerful, purpose-driven organization. It is truly an honor to collaborate with such a meaningful and precious brand, especially with an important event coming up this April.

In this season of my life, I have made a decision:
I am focusing on my brand.
I am building my brand.
I am standing on my brand.
I am working on my brand.
I am elevating my brand.

For the past 4–5 years, Outside with Jay B has been a platform used to promote people, businesses, events, and special occasions. I am a social media manager, and 2026 is the year I intentionally pour into what God placed in my hands.

Whatever opportunities God has in store for me this year, I will embrace them. But right now, my focus is clear, Outside with Jay B.

And yes, while I build my brand, I am also seeking part-time employment at this time. Bills must be paid. I can work and still build Outside with Jay B. So if you know of any vacancies or opportunities, feel free to reach out. I am ready to work.

The bills have to be paid.
And the brand has to be built.

2026 - make room for Outside with Jay B.
This collaboration is just the beginning.

I don’t know how you spent COVID, but I spent mine in digital boot camp. While the world slowed down, I was speeding up. I took courses sponsored by a mentor who saw something in me before I fully saw it in myself. I studied day and night, late nights, early mornings, trying to certify the gifts I was already self-taught in. I remember telling her one day, almost in distress, “I’m not going to remember all of this.” She laughed. Not to mock me, not to belittle me, but because she understood something I didn’t yet understand. Nobody remembers everything. That’s why we take notes. That’s why we grow. That’s why we evolve.

Back then, I felt like I had to know everything. I felt like because I didn’t have formal education in that season, I had to overcompensate. I thought forgetting meant failing. I was innocent. But time teaches. Experience humbles. And grace carries.

That was 2021. This is 2026.

Two months are almost gone. Ten months remain and they will fly. So I’ve made a decision: I don’t want to be where I want to be anymore. I want to be where God wants me to be. Because where I want to be is usually comfortable. It’s familiar. It’s safe. But growth doesn’t live in comfort zones. Evolution requires discomfort. So buckle up, I’m ready for the uncomfortable season if that’s what it takes to get where God needs me to be.

And let me say this clearly, I am not writing from a place of ease. My heart is heavy. I am dealing with things. I am not always okay. But I know the only way through is by the grace of God. So this is not a sob story. This is a fight declaration.

If you are hurting, build anyway.
If you are tired, show up anyway.
If you are uncertain, trust God anyway.

This is the year to put you first. Your brand first. Your business first. Pull away from the noise. Pull away from what’s happening around you. Build yourself. Even in pain. Even when nobody understands your decisions.

You don’t have to explain your evolution.

My mentor met me recently at a place of pain and anger and she asked me, “Jay B, are you willing to go as hard for yourself as you go for others?” That question shifted something in me. Because we go so hard for everyone else. We pour. We push. We build. But when it comes to ourselves, we hesitate.

No more.

You cannot pour into anyone else if you haven’t poured into you.
You have fought for others, now fight for your future.
You have invested in others, now invest in your identity.

If you don’t have a brand, create one. If you don’t have clarity, seek it. If you don’t have confidence, build it. But whatever you do, don’t waste 2026.

Don’t accept anything that isn’t God-sent.
Don’t shrink to make others comfortable.
Don’t stay stuck because it’s familiar.

Go hard for you.
Try your best.
That’s enough.

This year? It’s personal. It’s purposeful. And it’s powered by grace.
